Salem Associates, Inc. was founded in 1994.
The company has been managed with the strategic principle of providing high quality
software development and implementation services to businesses in
the most economical manner. That basic principle continues to drive
our development teams as we move into each new project. We have
forged relationships with a number of Fortune 500 companies whose
managers will attest to the tireless efforts we have put forth to
solve IT problems.
We focus on developing a partnership with our
clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions for their
problems. No problem has proved too big for us to solve. Our IT
consultants are highly trained in the current disciplines and are
quick to respond to changing software development environments.
Our management and employees are dedicated to
maintaining high quality in our deliverables and in our relationships
with clients. We have, to our credit, posted a number of "project
saves" by working as long and as hard as needed to satisfy
the client.

Sundar Garg, President and co-founder of SAI,
has led the company from its inception. Sundar transformed the company from small scale services orientation into a solution based organization of international repute. His professional business approach has brought in a focused set of professionals dedicated to serving the clients with utmost sincerity. His vision has made the company continuously successful even in downward economic cycles. Under his leadership the company has successfully entered into the financial institutions marketplace offering a suite of banking and credit union solutions.
Sundar has a distinguished professional career serving KPMG Peat Marwick, Deloitte Consulting Group, Unisys Corporation and Price Waterhouse. Sundar earned an MBA degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a CPA with membership in the Texas State Board of Certified Public Accountancy.

Nog A. Nagarajan, Sr. Exec. Vice President and co-founder of SAI, brings to the organization more than 20 years of experience in System Analysis, Project Management, Application Development and Customer Support. He has influenced every consultant to focus on methodology, quality and thoroughness in implementation. Nog oversees product design, architecture and development. He spearheads the research and development functions, keeping the solutions best in the industry.
Prior to joining SAI, Nog has served at CheckFree Corporation, SSI and CMC. He holds an Engineering Degree from The University of Madurai, India.

Dean Cline, Director of
Operations, has been part of the Salem Associates Inc. family
since 1995. He has a diverse professional background that
includes hospital based patient care, college and university
faculty positions, software development and IT department
management experience. Dean oversees Human Resources and
Accounting for the company. Known for a 'hands on' style,
he is comfortable taking on a variety of challenges on a
regular basis.
Dean earned his MBA in
1991 at the University of Phoenix campus with a focus in strategic management issues. He has
worked with several high profile organizations, including
Bergen-Brunswig, American Express and the
1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta.
